add mouseover tooltip on the top row of buttons

The top row of buttons are somewhat obscure, One of them is the recorder - can you see which? I couldn't. These are meant to be shortcuts, I guess, as these functions can be accessed otherwise. Save (as mp3) presumably saves with the parameters...

Make the program Unicode compatible so it does not produce errors with file names and tags.

Add support for unicode characters. Errors occur when the filename or tags have unicode characters.

Make constant side scrolling the norm for all zoom levels. The sudden jerking of the page-by-page movement is distracting and prevents seeing upcoming waveforms.

Please add FLAC losless recording conversions.

Lossless recording for CDs and DSD would be very useful. We have enough GB on most PCs to support it.
